HIRE RATES. The DAY rate is defined as any period up to and including 22 hours. The EVENT rate is defined as any period up to including 72 hours. The WEEK rate is defined as any period up to and including 160 hours. For hire periods in excess of one week the amount charged is based on multiples of the week rate.

PAYMENTS. Payment can be made by cash, cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card, or by automatic credit transfer (BACS).

DEPOSITS. On advance bookings a minimum of 50% of the total hire charge is required and the balance is payable on collection or delivery. When a customer collects equipment a deposit of £100.00 + positive identification is required.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS. Confirmation of bookings is only given in writing upon receipt of a least 50% of the total hire charge. Confirmation is considered made when a payment, an E-mail or written confirmation is received.

CANCELLATION OF EQUIPMENT. The following charges will apply to the cancelation of equipment after confirmation has been made. These charges are as follows: Minimum charge to cover administration £35.00. Less than 7 days notice 100% of the contract rate. Between 7 and 14 days notice 50% of the contract rate. Between 14 and 30 days notice 25% of the contract rate.

IDENTIFICATION. When a customer collects general equipment then a deposit is required (of £50.00 or £100.00. or £200.00.), depending on the value or the equipment required + 2 forms of verified ID is required i.e. driving licence, utility bill, etc. When a customer collects, high value items of equipment (ice cream machines, slush, etc.) It is a requirement that one of the following is left in our possession until the equipment is returned to us in good working order:- valid UK passport, valid UK driving licence with photograph, valid company ID with photograph. The ID must be of the person collecting.

COLLECTION AND RETURN. Customers may collect and return hired equipment, if such arrangements have been made in advance.

INSURANCE. It is the responsibility of the person who hires any equipment to ensure that all aspects of damage and loss is insured. It is also the responsibility of the person organising any event to make sure that they have adequate insurance to cover all public liability. If required, this can be arranged at an additional cost.

SAFETY. We strongly advise that any entertainment equipment is supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Safety instructions are given prior to the commencement of the hire for any equipment either verbally or in written form. CLEANING All equipment must be returned in a clean condition, otherwise a cleaning charge will be levied at a rate not less than 35% of the total hire charge. DAMAGE All damage will be charged for at the prevailing replacement value.

SALE OR RETURNED ITEMS. Certain items may be supplied on a sale or return basis. Materials will only be accepted as returned if the security seal remains intact. Certain materials are only supplied in fixed amounts

DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS. Delivery charges apply on all orders under £400.00.
